University of Ottawa
At one time up to 22 educational institutions across Canada were active members of the program, there was a decline in educational institution membership when funding ceased to support the program however with the recent support from the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada one of the core strategic objectives of the program is to increase member numbers in 2009/2010.
